Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We strive to process and ship most orders within 2 to 4 business days. However, please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped, especially during peak seasons such as November through December when processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Order processing time refers to the period from when an order is placed until it is prepared for shipment by our team. Please note that this does not include the time your package will spend in transit with the carrier. The day your order is placed is considered day 0, with the following business day marking the start of our service level agreement (SLA) period.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

We partner with reputable carriers, including the US Postal Service, DHL, and FedEx (and their affiliates), to ensure your items are delivered safely and efficiently.

SHIPPING COSTS

We understand that shipping costs can be a concern, which is why we offer free shipping on orders of $70 or more within the contiguous United States. This is our way of ensuring you get great value all year round. We continually monitor carrier rates and explore shipping options to secure the best possible rates for you.

LOST, STOLEN, & DAMAGED ORDERS

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please wait 3 business days before contacting us. Sometimes, the package may still be with the delivery driver or may have been delivered to the wrong address. If your package has not arrived after three days, please email us at connect@ourinnerbeauty.co, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS

If you select an expedited shipping option, please be aware that our standard processing times still apply. Transit times are dependent on the carrier and are not included in the processing time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier and do not issue refunds for shipping charges due to these delays.

If you have an urgent need for a package, such as for a special occasion, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to shipping regulations, certain items from our Vegan Candle collection and matches can only be shipped within the continental United States via ground services. Unfortunately, we cannot ship flammable items using expedited shipping methods.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

On occasion, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or outdated address. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the item(s) minus any return and/or shipping fees once the package is returned to us by the carrier.

If your package is mistakenly labeled as undeliverable or “Return to Sender,” please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.

COMBINED ORDERS

For your convenience, if you place multiple orders within a short period, we may combine them into one shipment to streamline processing times and reduce shipping costs.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination. Unfortunately, we cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses, and applicable shipping fees will apply to each order placed.
