1. All Sales Final Policy
As a small, independently-owned business, all sales at Our Inner Beauty are final. However, your satisfaction remains our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item of equal size and value within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that all shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please be aware that once candles have been used, they cannot be returned or refunded unless a product defect is present. For details on our merchandise policy, please refer to Policy #6.

2. One-Year Candle Burn Warranty
We stand by the quality of our candles and offer a one-year warranty against any defects that affect their burn performance. This warranty begins on the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your candle's burn quality, please email a clear photo showing the wick to connect@ourinnerbeauty.co to initiate a replacement.

3. Candle Exchange Policy
Candles that have been used are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a product defect is evident. Please note that dissatisfaction with a scent or its intensity does not qualify as a defect. While we strive to create scents you’ll love, we cannot guarantee that every fragrance will match personal preferences perfectly.

4. Defective Products
Our One-Year Candle Burn Warranty guarantees that your candle will burn properly. If you experience any issues with the wax or wick, we will replace the candle. Defects covered under this warranty include:
- Wax sinkholes
- Excessive tunneling
- Wicks that fail to stay lit
Please note that wooden wicks require special care. To prevent tunneling, it’s essential to burn your candle for 2-3 hours during the first use, allowing the wax to melt to the edge of the container. Replacements for tunneling will not be provided unless at least 75% of the candle has been burned.
To file a claim, email connect@ourinnerbeauty.co with a photo or video of the candle’s wick, along with proof of purchase. Claims are only accepted for candles purchased directly from our website.

5. Important Notice
We encourage you to follow the care instructions provided on our Candle Care page, including proper wick trimming, as this can resolve most issues. Please note that fraudulent claims will not be honored. As a small, independently run business, we value your honesty and appreciate your integrity.
For best results, we recommend using our candles within one year of purchase, as they are crafted without preservatives, unlike many candles from larger brands.

6. Merchandise Collection
For our merchandise collection, refunds are not available. However, if your product arrives with defects such as holes, tears, discoloration, or incorrect sizing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@ourinnerbeauty.co, and we will promptly address the issue.

7. Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with items missing or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours. Include photos of any incorrect items, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Be sure to include photos of the damaged items and their packaging, and we will address the issue promptly.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, we ask that you wait 3 business days before contacting us. Often, the package is still in transit or may have been delivered to the wrong address. If your package does not arrive within three days, please email us at connect@ourinnerbeauty.co, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

10. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for orders canceled before they have been shipped. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 additional business days to appear on your statement.
We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged as suspected fraud. In such cases, the buyer will be notified via email within 24 hours of cancellation.
Refunds for undeliverable or “Return to Sender” orders will be issued minus any shipping charges and fees incurred, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.
